• Boiled chickpeas 200 g
• Eggplant 500 g
• Ground beef meat 300 g
• Green and red bell pepper 2 p.c.
• Tomato 2 pcs.
• Pitta bread 1 p.c.
• Tahini 250 g
• Yoghurt 500 g
• Lemon juice 100 g
• Garlic 20 g
• Pine nuts 30 g
• Butter 20 g
• Salt 5 g
• Black pepper 1 g
• Chili powder 0.5
• Cumin 0.5 g
Cut the eggplant width-wise in round shape.
Cut the bell pepper, the onion and the tomato into small cubes.
In a pot, splash a drizzle of olive oil and sweat the onions, then add bell pepper, keep for another 2 minutes and add the tomatoes. Let cook for another 2 minutes and add the meat. Cook for about 5 minutes on medium heat.
Splash a drizzle of olive oil on the pita bread, add some salt and pepper and bake in the oven until crispy.
In a kitchen bowl, combine the tahini, the yogurt, the lemon juice and salt.
In a pan, fry the chickpeas and pine nuts with the butter, add the cumin and chili powder.
In a dish, place the eggplants at the base. Add the chickpeas on them. Put the cooked meat, and splash the yogurt.
Crackle the bread and place it on top of the dish.
