Laban Immo

Ingredients
• 1 kg meat chunk
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil
• 4 onions
• 2 cinnamon sticks
• 1 kg yogurt
• 1 egg
• 2 tbsp cornstarch
• salt and black pepper
Cooking Method
• In a pan put oil with the meat, cook till golden. Add salt, black pepper and the onions minced. Cook for 5 min.
• Add the cinnamon sticks and water just naught to cover the meat. Cook for 45 min medium heat.
• In a bowl put the yogurt, the egg, salt and the cornstarch. Stir then Strain the mixture before putting it in a pot. Cook staring all the
time in low heat.
• Add the meat mix with the yogurt mixture and cook for another 5 min.
• Serve with rice.
