• Zucchini 350 g
• Tahini 100 g
• Lemon juice 70 g
• Yogurt 70 g
• Salt 4 g
Bake the zucchini in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius. (Alternatively, you can boil them in a pot with vegetable stock, after having colored them with a drizzle of olive oil.)
Crush the zucchini in a kitchen bowl with a fork until obtaining a granulated puree. Add the tahini, the yogurt and the lemon juice and stir well. Season with salt.
