Ingredients
•1/4 teaspoon black pepper
•2 tablespoons soy sauce
•4 cloves garlic
•1 can pineapple
•3 scallions
•8 sprigs thyme
•1 tablespoon brown sugar
•1/4 cup orange juice
•1 tablespoon olive oil
•4 chicken pcs
•1 tbsp cooking oil
Preparation
•Preheat the oven over 250 degrees.
•in a bowl add the pineapple, the scallions, the brown sugar, the orange juice, the garlic, the olive oil, the soy sauce, the thyme and the black pepper and mix well then set aside
•in a sauce pan heat oil and add the chicken pieces, cook until the change color
•transfer the chicken pieces to a baking dish then pour over the pineapple herbs mixture
•bake for 20 minutes or until the chicken in golden
