How to prepare Meat Kabsah.

3 Onions (minced)
4 Garlic cloves
1 kg of beef
4 medium sized tomatoes
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
2 cups of water
1 tablespoon of cumin
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 green chili
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
1/4 cup rice
Chickpeas
For the Sauce
1/2 cup of tahini
1 Tomato (small cubes)
1/2 cup of water
1/4 cup of vinegar
Salt, Black pepper
1-Heat the oil in a pot, add the onions and mix together, and
then add the garlic and mix.
2-add the meat and mix them all together.
3-to create the tomato sauce: put the tomatoes in a mixer and add
water to it
4-add the tomato sauce to the pot, and all the spices and mix them
all together then add the tomato and all the spices and mix all
together
5-add the rice and Chickpeas then add water and leave it on low
heat to cook.
To prepare the sauce
Mix all of its ingredients very well.
