• 1-1/2 lbs Meat steak, sliced very thin
• 1 tsp salt to taste
• 1 tsp garlic powder to taste
• 1 tsp cumin to taste
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 4 tsp olive oil
• 1 medium onion, sliced thin or chopped
• 1 very large tomato or 2 medium tomatoes, sliced thin or chopped
• Heat the oil in a pan put the steak strips then add salt, black pepper, garlic powder and cook until the meat is completely brown, then remove from the pan.
• In the same pan, add the onions then the tomatoes and put salt, black pepper, garlic powder and cumin. Stir the mixture until softened. Add water to have a sauce and let simmer for 2 minutes.
• Add the steak strips to the onion and tomato mixture in the pan and let them cook for 2 minutes.
• Serve warm with rice on the side.
