Chicken Puff Fatira
Watch how the chicken pie is made with puff pastry. It is a tasty and delicious appetizer dish for Iftar.

Ingredients
• 1 Boneless, skinned, and chopped chicken
• Puff pastry pack
• 4 garlic cloves
• 1 chopped onion
• 3 tbsp. butter
• 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
• 1 cup mushroom
• 4 tbsp. soy sauce
• 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
• 1 egg yolk
Preparation
• Heat the oil in a pan, fry the garlic for a few seconds, and add onions and mushrooms. Finally, add chicken meat with soy sauce and white pepper. The frying continues until the mixture is perfectly mixed. Put the mixture in a bowl and leave aside until cool.
• Place the chicken mixture in the middle of the dough and fold the edges dough.
• Brush the pie with egg yolk and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
