• 1Kg of chicken thighs cut in cubes
• 1 cup unpeeled almonds
• 4 to 5 tablespoons mayonnaise
• 1 teaspoon minced garlic
• 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
• 1 teaspoon minced ginger
• 14 teaspoon white pepper
• Salt
• Grind the almonds a little in the oven and then put in the mixer.
• Soak the chicken cubes with mayonnaise, garlic, soy sauce, ginger and white pepper and leave in the sauce for 4 to 5 hours in the fridge in a covered bowl.
• Grate the chicken pieces in the roast skewers and then dip the skewers into the ground almonds.
• Place the skewers in a non-stick tray and grill until the chicken is cooked.
• Served with ketchup and French fries
