• 3 1/2 Cup Flour
• 1 tsp Baking Powder
• 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
• 1/2 Cup Melted Butter
• 1 Cup Yogurt
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• Yolk
• 1 tsp Milk
• Sesame Seeds to sprinkle over the pie
Filling:
• 1 Cup Akkawi Cheese chopped
• 1/2 Cup crusted Kashkaval Cheese
• 1 Cup of chopped Jeddal cheese
• 1 tsp Black Seeds
• Mix flour, baking powder, vegetable oil, melted butter with yogurt and salt.
• Mix the ingredients well for a soft dough.
• Leave the dough to rest for 10 to 15 minutes, then divide into two parts.
• Slice the dough.
• Place he first part in the bottom of the oven tray, then add over slices of Akkawi cheese, jeddal cheese and grated Kashkaval
• Then sprinkle over the black seeds, then cover it with the second part of the dough.
• Mix egg yolk and milk and brush over the second part of the dough and sprinkle with sesame.
