2 tbsp of quinoa
1½ cups of soy milk or any milk of your choice
½ cup Lebneh
¼ cup of blueberries
¼ cup of bananas
¼ cup mangoes
1 tsp honey
• grind 2 tbsp of quinoa in a blender until it becomes a fine powder.
• Add 1 ½ cups of soy milk. You can use any milk that you’d like.
• Next add the labneh, and the fruits and give them a whiz.
