Strawberry Marshmallow cake

Ingredients
• 2/3 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1/3 cup plain yogurt
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/2 1 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 cup sunflower oil
• 1 cup mini marshmallows
• 3 tablespoons strawberry syrup
Preparation
• Preheat the oven to 162°C... Mix the flour and baking powder together and set aside. Beat the sugar, eggs and a pinch of salt until creamy. Beat in the yogurt. In addition, beat in the flour mix, then alternating add the oil until both are incorporated.
• Mix the marshmallows and strawberry syrup together. Spoon the batter into the pan and swirl the marshmallows in to make a marbled effect. Bake for 40 mins. Allow to cool for 20 mins, then turn out of the pan and allow cooling completely on a wire rack.
