- 450g GROUND BEEF
- ¼ CUP PARSLEY, CHOPPED
- 1 CLOVE GARLIC, MINCED
- 2 TSP PAPRIKA
- ½ TSP CUMIN
- 1/3 CUP BREAD CRUMBS
- 2 EGGS
- 3 TBSP PINE NUTS
- 3 TBSP OIL FOR FRYING
- PINCH OF SALT AND PEPPER
- CINNAMON STICKS
- IN A BOWL, ADD GROUND BEEF, PARSLEY, GARLIC, PAPRIKA, CUMIN, PINE NUTS, BREAD CRUMBS, EGGS, SALT AND PEPPER AND MIX WELL UNTIL ALL THE INGREDIENTS ARE COMBINED
- ROLL A PIECE OF MEAT IN UR PALM, POKE A CINNAMON STICK INTO IT AND SQUEEZE UNTIL THE MEAT COVERS ABOUT HALF THE STICK
- BRING A LARGE FRYING PAN INTO MEDIUM HEAT AND OIL AND THE KEBAB
- COOK UNTIL THE KEBABS ARE EVENLY BROWNED AND COOKED THROUGH THEN TRANSFER TO A SERVING PLATE
