How to prepare the Strawberry Banana Crumble.

• 8 ripe bananas
• 400 g strawberries
• 8 tbsp maple syrup
• 300 g rolled oat
• 150 g ground almonds
• 2 tsp raw cocoa powder
• 1 tsp vanilla powder
• 4 tbsp melted butter or coconut oil
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• preheat the oven to 200 C
• slice the bananas into a bowl, then chop the strawberries and mix them together.
• place them into a baking dish and drizzle 2 tbsp of maple syrup, bake for 10 min.
• make the crumble: Put all the remaining ingredients except the coconut oil and cinnamon in a mixing bowl (don't forget the rest of the apple syrup).
• Put the melted butter or coconut oil in a saucepan with the cinnamon on low heat until melted, then poor into the bowl and mix.
• Spread the crumble layer over the top of the fruit that have cooked for 10 min, and put back in the oven for 20 min until the top seems golden brown.
