The famous Shepherd’s Pie or Gratin with Meat and Cheese presented to you by Yawmy.

• 600 g minced beef
• 1 kg potatoes
• 200 ml milk
• 2 onions
• 1 carrot
• 80 g butter
• 1 pinch nutmeg
• coriander
• Salt, black pepper
• 150 ml cooking cream
• shredded cheese
• 1 glove of garlic
• 1 tomato
• bread crumbs
• cook the potatoes (this should take around 25 min)
• In a pan put 30 g of butter, the onion and the garlic, let them cook for about 5 min.
• Cut the carrot and add it to the pan then the meat. Add salt and black pepper.
• Stir and let cook for 15 min medium heat.
• preheat your oven 210°C.
• When the potatoes are done remove the water and mash them with the butter, the milk, cooking cream. Add salt, black pepper, nutmeg.
• In your baking dish put the meat mixture then the mashed potato. Top it with shredded cheese and bread crumbs. Let it cook for 30 min the oven.
