How to prepare the Pear Clafoutis pie.

• 4 eggs
• 4 pears
• 100 g flour
• 100 g almond flour
• 90 g sugar
• 50 g melted butter
• 20 cl milk
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• preheat the oven to 160 C for 10 min.
• In a bowl whisk flour, sugar and eggs until the batter is smooth. Add the almond flour and melted butter. Add the milk slowly.
• Peel 4 pears and cut 3 of them into small chunks. Cut the fourth in 4 and then slice.
• Add the pear pieces and vanilla extract into the batter.
• Pour the mixture into a greased mold, arrange the remaining pear slices as you wish on top. Sprinkle with sugar.
• Bake at 160 for 20 to 30 min until the cake is solid then increase to 190 for 10 to 15 min so the top of the cake turns gold.
