• 200g Dried Muloukhiya, soaked in hot water and drained.
• 2 Onions, finely chopped
• 4 Cups of Coriander, chopped
• 4 tbsp Cooking Oil
• 1 tbsp Ground Coriander
• ½ Cup Lemon Juice
• 1 Cup Water
• 2 tbsp Salt
• Olive oil
• 3 Garlic Gloves, crushed
• In a saucepan, heat the cooking oil and fry the onions then add the garlic, coriander and mix them well
• Add the Muloukhiya to the pan, season with ground coriander and the salt.
• Then add the lemon juice and water. Mix the ingredients well until they are well cooked.
• Add more chopped coriander and then turn off the heat and let them cool.
• In the serving plate add the olive oil and its ready to be served.
