Burger Mixture
• 1 lb Ground Beef
• 1 Large Onion, chopped
• 1 tbs Worcestershire Sauce
• 1 tbs Garlic Powder
• 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar cheese
• 1 tsp Salt
Baking Mixture
• ½ Cup Milk
• ½ Cup Flour
• 1 ½ tsp Baking Powder
• ¼ tsp Salt
• 1 tbs Melted Butter
• 2 Eggs
Garnishes, if desired
• ½ Mini Kosher Dill Pickles
• 1 Medium Tomato, chopped
• Ketchup and mustard
• In a mixing bowl, add flour, baking powder, salt, melted butter, milk, eggs and mix until all the ingredients are well combined then set aside.
• In a saucepan. Heat oil, add onions, meat and cook until the meat is well cooked. Remove from heat and leave to cool then add Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt and the shredded cheddar cheese and mix well.
• In a cupcake tray, put a bit of the baking mixture then add on it the meat mixture then on the top add again a bit of the baking mixture. Repeat for all.
• Transfer to a preheated oven over 200 degrees and bake until they change color for about 25 mins
•Remove from oven, add on top of every piece ketchup, mustard, chopped tomatoes and chopped pickles
