Honey
Cut the lemon into slices.
Cut the ginger into slices.
Place the lemon slices in a jar and on top of them the ginger slices.
Cover the slices in honey. Close the jar and put in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Remove from the refrigerator and drink the mix by adding hot water or tea.
