Ingredients
• 1 chicken breast
• 1 tbsp oil
• 1/2 cup dried tomatoes
• 2 garlic cloves
• 2 cups mozzarella cheese
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 1/3 cup of pesto sauce
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 2 tbsp
Parmesan cheese
•Pizza dough
Preparation
• Put the oil in a saucepan over medium heat, then add the flour and stir for 1 minute.
• Then add heavy cream and pesto sauce with parmesan and garlic.
• Put the pizza paste in the baking tray and cook with the prepared mixture, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and chicken pieces.
• Place in the oven for 15 minutes and then continue and spread dried tomatoes over
it.
