• 150g dark chocolate
• 6 marshmallows
• 1/2 cup milk
• 20g butter
• 4 eggs
• One pinch of salt
Melt the dark chocolate, marshmallows, butter (add half cup of milk if too sticky)
Separate the yellow of the egg from the whites and beat the egg white till they look like snow poor the
sugar to it and blend again.
Mix the yellow part of the eggs with the chocolate sauce, add the salt.
Mix a part of the white snow with the chocolate sauce then put all the eggs whites with it mixing them
slowly
Poor into cups, put in fridge for 2 hours then serve.
