Cheese and Spinach Calzones
A 5 minute recipe for all cheese and spinach lovers. This cheese and spinach calzone is the tastiest appetizer you’ll ever taste.

Ingredients:
• 2 medium size doughs
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 300g spinach
• 400g ricotta cheese
• 4 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
• 4 green onions ,chopped
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp butter,meltted
Preparation Method:
• Preheat the oven on 220C.
• Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, add the spinach and cook for 2 minutes, until it has completely wilted.
• Place the spinach in a bowl and stir in the remaining ingredients.
• Divide the mixture between the dough, placing the mixture to one side of each circle of the doughs.close the edges of the circles using the fork.
• Place the calzones on a baking sheet, brush them with butter and place them in the oven for 10 minutes, until the doughs are cooked and the filling is hot.
• Serve warm.
