Cappuccino Muffins

Ingredients
• 1 ¾ cups flour, 1 ¾ sugar
• ½ cup cocoa powder, 1/3 cup dry milk
• 1 tspn baking powder, 1 tspn baking soda
• 1 tspn salt
• 1 1/3 strong brewed or instant coffee at room temperature
• 1/3 cup vegetable oil
• 3 large eggs
• Grated chocolate, for decoration
