Barbecue Chicken Wraps

Ingredients
• chicken breast filet
• salt and black pepper
• 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
• 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• olive oil (to cook the chicken or you can just grill it)
• salt and black pepper
• 2 large tortilla wrap
• lettuce shredded
• 6 cherry tomatoes
• 2 tbsp cottage cheese
Preparation
• In a bowl mix together the ketchup, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce.
• In a pan grill the chicken (you can use a little bit of olive oil ). when it s done cut the chicken into strips.
• Put the sauce in the tortilla, then top with the chicken, lettuce, tomatoes and cottage cheese. roll it up and enjoy!
