• 1 banana
• 2 tbsp sugar
• ¼ cup lemon juice
• ¼ cup water
• 80g dark chocolate
• Slices of soft bread
• 1 cup flour
• 2 eggs
• Oil
• Icing sugar
• In a pot put the banana with the sugar, lemon juice and water. Cook for 5 to 8 min, stirring from time to time.
• Take a slice of soft bread cut the edges and flatten it then put the banana mixture topped with chocolate.
• Roll it and pinched the sides, then put it in the flour, the eggs beaten then the bread crust (cut in small pieces before).
• Fry it until golden in the oil that would have been heated before.
• Sprinkle powder sugar and enjoy!
