• Pieces of Fish fillet
• 1 tsp Salt
• 6 to 7 Cloves of Garlic, grounded
• Lemon Zest
• 3 medium-sized Onions, chopped
• 1/2 Coriander Bouquet
• 4 Tomatoes cut into slices
• 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
• 1 Cup Fried Almonds
• 1/2 Cup Fried Raisins
• 1 Cup Lemon Juice
• 5 tsp Tahini
• 1 1/2 Cup Water
• 1 Garlic Clove
• Mix the tahini with water, lemon juice, salt and garlic, and set aside
• Place fish fillets in the baking tray, sprinkle with salt, black pepper and chopped onion with lemon, garlic, coriander and tomato slices.
• Cover the slices with oil and bake in a preheated oven over 177 degree for 20 minutes.
• Place the fish slices in a dish, pour the tahini sauce over it, and then add the almonds and raisins.
