• 2 Cups Burghul washed and drained
• 1 Cup Chopped Cabbage
• 2 Cups Chopped Tomatoes
• 1 Cup Green and Red Peppers cut
• 1/2 Cup Chopped Onions
• 1/4 kg Minced Meat
• 1 tbs Salt
• 1/2 tbs Black Pepper
• 1 tbs Tomato Paste
• 1 tbs Pepper Paste
• 4 to 5 tbs Vegetable Oil
• 1 tbs Butter
• 4 Cups Water
• Heat the oil and butter in a saucepan and saute the onion until it wilts. Add chopped meat, salt and spices.
• Cook until the color of the meat changes. Add tomato paste, pepper, cabbage, tomatoes, spinach and burghul.
• Pour the water over the mixture and mix with it. Cover and cook the pot until the bulgur absorbs all the water and becomes soft and ripe.
• Serve with pickled pickles, salads and yogurt.
