Flourless Almond and Honey Cake

Ingredients
• 4 Egg Yolk
• ½ tsp Baking Soda
• 4 Egg Whites
• ½ Cup Honey
• ½ tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
• 1 ¾ Cup Ground Almond Powder
• 2 tsp Honey for topping
• ¼ Almond Slices, toasted for decoration
Preparation
• Beat the egg whites in a bowl until we get it foamy.
• In another bowl, mix the egg yolk,honey, vanilla, baking soda, salt and almond powder.
• Gently mix the egg whites with the almond mixture.
• Pour the cake mixture into the cake malt and bake in a preheated oven at 170 degree for 25 to 30 minutes.
• Cool the cake then add honey and toasted almond slices on top.
