Chicken and Potato Casserole

• 1 lb. chicken breasts, cubed
• 3 - 4 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and cut into pieces (about 1.5 lbs.)
• 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
• 4 green onions, green part only, cut into small rounds
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
• ½ teaspoon paprika
• ½ cup heavy cream
• Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
• In a pan heat oil and cook the chicken cubes until they change colors.
• Add the potato cubes to the pan then add salt,black pepper and paprika and mix.
• pour the heavy cream to the pan simmer for 2 mins then add the green onions and remove from the heat.
• Spread the mix in a baking dish and add the shredded mozzarella on top and place it in the oven until the cheese melts and change color.
• Remove from oven and Sprinkle with green onions on top .serve immediately.
