How to prepare a special Feta Cheese Filo Dough Wraps.

• 270 g packet of filo pastry
• 80 g butter, melted
• 200 g feta cheese
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 20 g fresh parsley chopped
• black pepper
• preheat the oven to 180C
• Unwrap the filo and cut the sheets through into halved.
• Brush the base of a 25cm square baking tin with a little of the melted butter and place first sheet of filo in the base of the tin.
• Brush with a little more, then place another sheet on top. Repeat procedure until you have used half of the filo.
• With your fingers, crumble the cheese and mix with onion, parsley and black pepper to taste. Spread evenly over the filo pastry.
• Complete layering the remaining filo like you did with the butter in between each sheet.
• with a sharp knife, cut the pastry all trough to the bottom into small squares.
• Bake in the oven for 45min.
• Cut, put in a serving plate and enjoy!
