• 1 kilo finely chopped Kafta meat
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon red pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 1 tbsp yellow mustard
• 3 to 4 tomatoes cut into circles
• 1 green pepper and red bell pepper cut into large cubes
• 1/2 kilo of potatoes cut into circles and fried
• 2 to 3 peeled onions, cut into wings
• 1/2 kilo tomato sauce
• Oil
• Spray the pyrex with oil.
• Peel potatoes, cut into slices and fry.
• Mix the meat with salt, spices and mustard.
• Spread the kofta in the pyrex.
• Put, respectively, tomato slices, pepper cubes and onions over the kofta layer and pour the tomato sauce over the vegetables.
• Put the pyrex in a preheated oven at 176 ° C until the meat has shrunk slightly and the vegetables are slightly sautéed.
• Reduce oven temperature to 148 ° C and continue baking for a short time, but be careful not to burn the meat from the bottom.
• Put the fried potatoes on top of the kofta.
• Kofta is served hot.
