Halloumi fries is an easy appetizers recipe that you can prepare on your next gathering.

For halloumi fries:
• 18 ounces (2 standard packages) halloumi , cut into fry shapes
• ½ all-purpose flour (or more or less, depending on need)
• Canola oil for frying
For toppings:
• 1 cupTahini
• Pomegranate syrup for garnish
• 1 cup Fresh lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon Parsley
• In a small bowl, mix tahini with the fresh lemon juice and the parsley
• Put every halloumi fry in the flour and coat each fry in it, making sure to get all the cracks.
• Place the flour coated halloumi into the heated oil in the pan,fry for minutes on each side until they turn golden shade and then take them out of the pan.
• Put the drained halloumi fries in a serving plate and dizzle with the tahini and pomegranate syrup and serve.
