225 g fine wheat semolina
100 g flour
7.5 g of vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt
7.5 g of baking powder
1 tbsp yeast
600 ml water
honey
25 g butter
• In a bowl, put a bit of warm water and the yeast.
• In a blender, put the semolina, the flour, salt, vanilla sugar and baking powder mix.
• Add the yeast (that you have mix with water earlier) and the 600 ml of water and mix. Pour in a bowl and let sit for 30 min at room
temperature.
• In a non sticky pan put a bit of butter then pour a ladle of the mixture, you will see small holes all over the baghrir is ready when it
looks dry from the top.
• In a pot put butter and same quantity of honey poor over the baghrir and enjoy!
