• 2 onions
• Mozzarella cheese slice
• Flour
• 2 eggs
• Bread crumbs
• Cilantro for garnish
• Cut onions in ring shape, separate them then take 2 rings one smaller than
the other, put the cheese in between them and freeze for 1h.
• Put them in the flour then the eggs then the breadcrumbs then eggs again
and breadcrumbs to have a nice coating.
• Fry until golden brown. Sprinkles some cilantro. Enjoy with any dip you like.
