• 500 grams of lasagna pasta
• 1 tbsp. olive oil
• 1/2 large onion, chopped
• 200 g white mushrooms
• 500 grams of minced beef
• 1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
• 1/4 teaspoon red pepper
• 1 kg marinara sauce (ready)
• 3 cups ricotta cheese
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
• Salt, black pepper
• Fresh basil, for decoration
• Tomato slices
• In a saucepan, add the oil, onion and mushrooms and cook the mixture.
• Then season with salt. Add the raw beef and cook. Add Italian spices, too, and red pepper. Then the marinara and cook of the mixture.
Make ricotta mix:
• In a medium-sized bowl, combine the ricotta, egg, and parmesan and season with salt and pepper.
• Spread a thin layer of sauce in a large baking dish. Cover with lasagna, ricotta and mozzarella. Repeat 2 to 3 times to finish with mozzarella and tomato slices.
• Bake after covering for 35 minutes at 200 ° C. Remove the lid and bake for 10 more minutes.
• Sprinkle with basil and feet.
