• Makes 2 servings
1 and 1/5 cup mushroom chopped
1 cup mozzarella, shredded
1/4 cup corn kernels
1 clove of garlic
2 flour tortillas
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
To cook mushroom bring a pan and add olive oil. Put the mushrooms and let cook with the garlic. remove and let cool down room temperature.
Combine mushrooms with cheese and corn. Add salt and pepper. Divide mixture in two, for each tortilla. Add the mixture on one half of the
tortillas, and fold it with the other half.
In a pan put olive oil and the tortillas let them get golden and the cheese inside melt.
Remove from pan and slice into wedges. Serve hot or warm.
