• 1 kg potatoes
• 50 g fresh coriander
• 50 g garlic finely chopped
• 15 g cumin
• black pepper
• salt
• olive oil
• 25 ml pomegranate syrup
• Pomegranate
• 50 g red chili paste
Peel the potatoes and cut in cubes, cut the garlic and the coriander.
Preheat your oven 180 deg.
In a bowl put the potatoes and mix with the garlic, salt, black pepper, cumin and oil.
Put in the oven for 20 min.
When the potatoes are done in the oven, take a pan put a bit of oil and add your potatoes. Add the red chili paste, stir then add the coriander and the pomegranate syrup. Stir for few minutes then remove and add fresh pomegranate.
