Peanut Butter and Corn Flakes Cookies

• 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 3/4 cup butter or margarine,
softened, 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar, 1/2 cup granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon
vanilla
• 3/4 cup chocolate chips, 3 cups Corn Flakes cereal, 2 cups all-purpose flour, 2 eggs
Preparation
Stir together flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
In large electric mixer bowl, beat together butter, peanut butter and
sugars, until thoroughly combined. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Add
flour mixture, raisins and corn flakes, keep mixing until
combined.
Bake at 190° C about 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from
baking sheets and cool on wire racks. Store in airtight container.
