Pecan Brownies

Ingredients
• 1 cup of pecan nuts
• 1/5 tsp sea salt
• 4 once/ 120g unsweetened chocolate
• 10 once/ 280g butter
• 1 cup of sugar
• 3/4 cup of brown sugar
• 3 eggs
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup of all purpose flour
• 1/4 cup of cocoa powder
Preparation
• preheat the oven 180 deg Celsius
• in a pan put 1 tbsp of butter add the pecan nuts and 1/5 tsp of sea salt toast them till they brown evenly and set aside.
• melt the chocolate and the butter. In the chocolate mixture add sugar, brown sugar and whisk. add 3 eggs one at a time and whisk by hand (for a brownie never use a machine you
will end up with a cake style brownie). Add the vanilla extract, the flour, and the cocoa powder.
• set aside the pecan to decorate the brownie, chop grossly the rest and mix it to the brownie mixture.
• Pour the mixture into a square pan or into a 8 inch square pan. Decorate with the rest of the pecan and put in the oven to bake for 20 min.
• let them cool down for 1h, then once cool ready to serve, enjoy!
