• 4 croissants
• 500ml milk
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1/8 cup almond flakes, 1/8 cup pistachio nuts, 1/8 cup raisins
• 125ml heavy cream
• heat the milk and the sugar, bring to boil and then add the raisins and almonds.
• In an oven plate cruch the croissants, then add boiled milk in the mixture and let it soak all
the pastry.
• Whip the creamuntil stuff and then add it on the top of the pastry and milk mixture.
• Bake at 200°C about 10 min or till it become golden brown.
• Garnish with pistachio that you would have crushed.
• Serve warm/chill
