Ingredients
500g minced meat
50g bread
1tsp mustard
1tsp salt, black pepper, cumin, paprika, curcuma
1 garlic clove
parsley
-sauce
250g crushed tomatoes
2 garlic gloves
1 oignon
1tsp salt, black pepper, paprika, curcuma, cumin, cinnamon
2 eggs

Preparation
Put the bread in a small bowl with a bit of water and let it absorb the water. In a bowl put the meat, the bread, mustard, salt, black pepper, cumin, paprika, curcuma, garlic, parsley and mix together.. Make medium size balls out of it.
In the pan, put oil and fry the meat balls (not too much they will cook later in the sauce). Remove them and put the sauce’s ingredients except the eggs. Mix them and add a cup of water.
Put back the meat balls, add the eggs and cover.
Let cook for a few minutes and serve!
