Ingredients
•1 pizza dough
•cinnamon sugar to taste
•3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons flour
•1/3 cup brown sugar
•1/4 cup white sugar
•2 tablespoons cold butter, cut into small pieces
•2 tablespoons olive oil
•1/2 cup powdered sugar
•1 tablespoon real maple syrup
•1 tablespoon heavy cream
Preparation
• Heat the oven to 220 ° C.
• In a bowl, beat the flour, white and brown sugar, butter and oil.
