•2 cups flour
•2 cups water
•1/2 teaspoon
•3/4 cup ricotta cheese
•1/4 cup of pesto sauce
•2 tbsp parmesan
•1 cup marinara sauce
•Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
•In a large bowl, place the flour, water and salt together and mix until smooth.
•Heat a small skillet over medium heat.
•With a large spoon, scoop about 1/4 cup of the mixture in the pan until it is a circle and then stir and cook until golden brown.
•And repeat it with the remaining mixture.
•To prepare the filling, mix the ricotta cheese and the pesto sauce in a bowl until they are evenly combined.
•In the pre-prepared baking tray, put the prepared pancakes and put the filling mixture over it gradually and repeat with the mixture and the remaining pancakes.
•Sprinkle the grated parmesan on top and place in the oven for 15 minutes.
•Pour the hot marinara sauce over the dish and place the pancakes on top and serve.
