Ingredients
•2 apples, chopped into small cubes
•2 tbsp oil
•6 mini puff pastry doughs
•½ cup apricot jam
•3 tbsp almonds, ground
•1/4 cup butter
•2 tbsp sugar
•cinnamon to taste
Preparation
•Preheat oven to 180 degree
•Mix the apples with oil and bake for 5 minutes.let cool.
•Put the doughs of pastry in a cupcake tray.,spread with jam,arrange a few apple cubes and
•sprinkle with almonds and sugar then season with a bit of melted butter.
•Bake for 25-30 mins,until golden.
•Sprinkle cinnamon before serving.
