• 1 kg Potato
• 1 Cup Breadcrumbs
• 3 to 4 tbsp Oil or Melted Butter
• 5 to 6 Small Cubes of Butter
• 1 Egg
Filling :
• 1/2 kg Minced Meat
• 2 Medium Onion chopped
• 1 tbsp Salt
• 1/2 tbsp Pepper
• 1/2 tbsp Cinnamon
• 1 tbsp Sweet Spices
• 1/4 tbsp Nutmeg
• 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil or Butter
• 1/4 Cup Pine
Filling:
• Heat the oil in a pan, and fry the onion until it wilts.
• Add the chopped meat and salt, and mix them during frying.
• Turn off the fire when the water evaporates and the meat dries.
• Add spices and pine, mix the filling well and leave aside until it cools.
• Hatch the egg over the potato and sprinkle with salt and nutmeg
• Brush the bottom of the baking tray with oil
• Divide mashed potatoes into two halves. The first half is placed in the bottom of the tray and then the meat is placed over it.
• The second half of the potato is then spread, sprinkled with the breadcrumbs, then the butter pieces are spread over the surface .
• Bake in a preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes until the surface is browned.
