• 1 cup and 1/3 butter
• 1/2 kg biscuits
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 tablespoons coconut powder
• 1/2 kg of chopped dates
• Coconut powder for decoration
• Cut each disc of biscuits from 5 to 6 portions.
• Dissolve the butter in a saucepan and cook until the sugar dissolves, then leave to cool.
• Add the chopped eggs and dates and mix with cooked sugar until dates are tender.
Mix this mixture with biscuit pieces and two tablespoons of coconut.
• Pour the biscuit mixture into the baking tray and press it well. Sprinkle with coconut and leave aside for half an hour until frozen.
• Cut content into squares and serve
