The Chicken Corn Soup
From the delicious chicken recipes, we chose a video recipe for all tastes today: The Chicken Corn Soup.

Ingredients:
• 1 skinless,boneless chicken breast.
• 1 litre chicken stock
• 250 ml cooking cream
• 115g vermicelli
• salt and black pepper
• 1 tbsp corn flour
• 180g canned sweetcorn kernels,drained
• 1 tbsp butter
Preparation method:
• Melt the butter in a large saucepan then place the chicken and cook until they change color.
• Pour in the pan the chicken stock and cooking cream. Bring to boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
• Season the soup with salt and pepper. Add the corn flour and stir into the soup.
• Add the sweet corn and vermicelli and heat through.
• Ladle the soup into warmed soup bowl and serve.
