Microwave Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:
• 6 tablespoons unbleached, all-purpose flour
• 5 tablespoons white sugar
• 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• ¼ teaspoon table salt
• 6 tablespoons vegetable or Canola oil
• 6 tablespoons milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 tablespoon chocolate chips
Preparation Method:
• In a bowl,, add flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt, and mix until combined.
• Add oil, milk, and vanilla extract and mix until no lumps remain in batter.
• Divide the mixture in 2 small baking cups.Sprinkle the chocolate chips on top.
• Microwave on high for 2 minutes (or up to 2 ½ minutes depending on strength of your microwave).
• Sprinkle with powder sugar.
• Serve immediately.
