• 1 tbsp butter
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 onion,chopped
• 1 carrot,chopped
• ½ cup chopped basil
• 300g cooked spaghetti
• 2 cups chredded cheddar cheese
• 2 gloves garlic,minced
• 800g chopped tomatoes with sauce
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• ½ tsp pepper
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 leaves basil chopped for garnish
• Add the olive oil and the butter to a pot and melt
• Add the onions,carrots,garlic,salt and pepper and fry till the ingredients are soften
• Add the chopped tomatoes,the basil,oregano and the cooked spaghetti and mix
• Move the mix into a baking dish and add the shredded cheddar on top
• Put in the oven to bake for 20 mins(or till the cheese in completely melted and changed color)
• Take the dish out of the oven sprinkle with fresh basil and its ready to be served.
