· 1 pound chicken tenders
· 1 1/2 cups potatoes, cut in cubes
· 1/4 cup onion, thinly sliced
· Several sprigs of fresh rosemary
· 2 tablespoons butter
· 1 tablespoon olive oil
. 1 teaspoon oregano
· Salt and white pepper
· For the sauce:
· 3 tablespoons mustard
· 2 tablespoons grainy mustard
· 3 tablespoons honey
· 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
· 1 tablespoon olive oil
. Salt and black pepper
. Preheat oven to 375°F. Add olive oil and butter in a pan on medium heat. Add potatoes , chicken,onions and mix then add salt,white pepper,oregano cook for about 10 minutes until softened. Meanwhile, make the sauce by combining all the ingredients in a bowl.
. Transfer the chicken,potatoes and onions in a baking dish. Pour the sauce over the top and sprinkle a few torn rosemary leaves. bake for 15 to 20 minutes.or until golden brown and fully cooked.
