How to prepare a Chocolate Banana Chimichanga.
Learn from Yawmy how to make the Mexican crepe but with Tortillas, the Chimichanga with Nutella chocolate.

• 6 flour tortillas
• 3 bananas
• ¾ cup Nutella
• Vegetable oil for frying
• ½ cup of sugar
• 1 tbsp cinnamon
• Vanilla ice cream
• Caramel sauce
• Heat the oil .
• Spoon a large spoonful of Nutella into the middle of the tortilla.
• Place half a banana in the center.
• Fold the right and left sides of the tortilla over the ends of the banana, then fold the bottom of the tortilla up and over the banana, and continue to roll the tortilla until you have a
sealed packet.
• Secure the tortilla with a toothpick.
• Fry the chimichanga until golden brown, about 3 minutes.
• Combine the sugar and cinnamon, and roll the fried chimichanga in the mixture until coated.
• Serve with ice cream and caramel sauce.
